Purpose Of The Roles

We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Senior HR Executive to join our team!

As an Senior HR Executive, you will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, include providing administrative support to ensure efficiency and smoothness through operation of the office.

This job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Main Accountabilities

  • Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc.
  • Management of staff training (liaise with training providers / documentation preparation / allocation & record / analysis).
  • Conduct an orientation program for all newly hired employees.
  • Assist in recruitment process.
  • Support end to end life cycle for employees from on boarding to off boarding.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in any other task assigned.
  • On-boarding and induction activities.
  • Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of
    appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
  • Leave application & attendance records management.
  • Oversees the training administration and grant applications.
  • Generate monthly reports for Management review.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability in multi-tasking, confident, meticulous and have excellent communication skills To quality/thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will be degree qualified with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources
  • He/she must be well versed in Malaysian Labour Laws & latest recommendations by Government authorities
