We deliver reliable, high-performance network solutions to enterprises, financial services institutions, as well as educational institutions throughout Malaysia. Incorporated in 2005, we specialize in the provision of next-generation connectivity services catering to corporations and enterprises who are shifting towards business digitalization.
Main Accountabilities
- To advise and consult potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and to produce a suitable network solution to cater to their need
- Provide technical solutions proposal in a professional and timely manner that fit customer’s technical and financial requirement
- Provide tender response on RFP/RFI and meet all tender deadlines
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations to both internal and external audiences
- Create internal design documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
- To operate and update activity in a CRM system
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes
- Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Pre-Sales for system solutions
- Must be customer-centric and have a passion for delivering innovative solutions
- Strong knowledge of Internet and network technologies
- Working knowledge in Datacenter, Internet connectivity, Private Networks, and Hosting is advantageous
- Expertise in supporting Sales in the area of prequalifying accounts/accessing solution requirements/technical presentation on network and storage solutions
- Must possess good communication skills both oral and written in English including great customer focus
