What We Do
We deliver reliable, high-performance network solutions to enterprises, financial services institutions, as well as educational institutions throughout Malaysia. Incorporated in 2005, we specialise in the provision of next-generation connectivity services catering to corporations and enterprises who are shifting towards business digitalisation.
Main Accountabilities
- Design recruitment strategies and work with hiring managers to attract diverse candidates with the right skills and capabilities for current vacant positions
- Lead the Recruitment team and ensure targets and timelines are met for both volumes as well as niche hires
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business, hiring manager needs and specific talent pools
- Work with the key stakeholders to advise on the future direction of talent acquisition, giving key input on budgets, strategies and timelines
- Manage all internal and external recruitment activities including promotions & internal mobility
- Cover the end-to-end recruitment process which includes contractual agreements, working with local legislations on the ex-pat hiring process, onboarding, document collection as well as employer branding initiatives
- Work closely with local universities and collaborate on internship opportunities
- Provide general training and direction related to a talent acquisition process or system for HR professionals as well as hiring managers within the business
- Actively pursue all channels (internet, networking, social media, etc.) to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each role
- Actively study and provide talent insights for each role, to ensure the company keeps up with times and market offerings
- To succeed in the Talent Acquisition Manager role, you will need to be able to work effectively and cooperatively with senior management teams across borders and within the internal matrix
Requirements
- Degree holder in any relevant discipline
- Overall a minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition with exposure in the Telecommunication and Technology industry
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing a minimum team of 5
- Strong command of English & Malay
- Experience in using various interviewing methods and assessment tools to select the right talent for vacant positions
