Main Accountabilities

Conduct daily walkthroughs of Data Center facility.
Responsible for day-to-day activities and project work as assigned by internal team.
Proactive monitoring of production system with a sense of urgency when issues arise.
Server, network, and all types of equipment installations.
Understand and debug network, hardware, and server-related issues.
Provide remote hands-on for clients.
Utilize and work with vendors when needed to handle issues.
Maintain cabling within Data Center, including pulling or running new cabling, for fiber and CAT6.
OTDR and light loss testing of fiber optic links.
Maintain documentation and inventory records.
Any other job as assigned by Superior.

Requirements

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
1 – 2 years working experience in a related field.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge in server, network equipment, and software support configuration.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as a team with the team members.
Good interpersonal skills.
Possess own transport and able to travel.
