Main Accountabilities

  1. Aid in tracking and managing inventory levels, including monitoring stock availability and assisting in replenishing equipment and components.
  2. Contribute to maintaining warehouse organization, ensuring efficient logistics, and supporting overall warehouse housekeeping in a lean work environment.
  3. Assist in handling and monitoring shipments, including coordinating deliveries to and from suppliers, sites, and clients, both locally and internationally.
  4. Help manage company assets and equipment, both in local warehouses and those deployed at various sites.
  5. Support the creation of periodic reports to provide insights on equipment and component usage.
  6. Participate in various tasks and projects as required by the supply chain team.

Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Eager to gain experience in procurement, warehouse/logistics operations, or a similar role.
  3. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn data management software (e.g., ERP).
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  5. Good writing skills and an interest in improving communication with various audiences.
  6. Motivated to excel and actively engage in self-development.
