Main Accountabilities
- Work closely with Head of Sales/Product Manager in overall marketing and communication activities, plans and strategies including branding strategy, PR strategy, online marketing, customer events and marketing collaterals etc.
- Manage Marcom budget to ensure marketing campaign is cost-effective.
- Manage PR to establish and expend company brand from different channels.
- Develop, formulate and implement the appropriate and effective marketing/sales strategy to achieve sales target.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining business and social relationship.
- Providing promotional strategies and maintaining social media platforms.
- Providing constant customer feedback/request and market update to the Management.
- Preparation of various sales & marketing related report to the Management.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate with Experience in IT/Telecommunication/Event Sales/ Business to business environment will be advantageous.
- Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or degree in the related field.
- Required language(s): Good command in English.
- At least 3 – 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Middle/Senior Manager specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Presentable, sociable, outgoing personality, excellent negotiation skills, convincing presentation skills, diligent, focus and result-oriented.
- Possess own transport, willing to travel & work outstation.
