As a Sales Engineer specializing in network Solutions, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support to customers. Main Accountabilities

  1. Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical advice and support to customers and the sales team regarding network and data center.
  2. Proposal Development:
    • To plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
    • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base.
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients, addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
  3. Technical Support: Provide pre-sales technical support, including responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities, as well as smooth transition from sales to implementation.


  1. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, routing, switching, VPN, and security protocols.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
  3. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions to address them.
  4. Customer Focus: Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to understanding and meeting customer requirements and expectations.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to network infrastructure and security.
  6. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with relevant experience in network engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
  7. Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer for at least 3 years.
