Main Accountabilities

To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a network solution.
Provide technical solutions in a professional and timely manner that fit customer’s technical and financial requirements.
Provide tender response on RFP/RFI and to meet all tender deadlines.
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations to both internal and external audiences.
Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations.
Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs.
Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes.
To structure and produce compelling sales proposal/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients.
Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Pre-Sales for system solutions.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Must be customer-centric and have a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
Strong knowledge in Internet and network technologies.
Working knowledge in Data center, Internet connectivity, Private Network, Hosting is advantageous.
Expertise in supporting Sales in the area of prequalifying account/accessing solution requirements/technical presentation on network and storage solutions.
Must possess good communication skills both oral and written in English, including great customer focus.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
